Galaxy Athletics' competitive gymnastics program strives to develop each gymnast to their full potential by focusing on the athlete as a whole being first and a gymnast second in an enriched, safe environment. Our competitive gymnasts spend numerous hours focusing on specific gymnastics progressions to develop them into high level athletes are they mature and progress.  We keep an exclusive environment for our gymnasts but keeping very low ratios to insure our competitive gymnasts receive proper training. Gymnastics is a sport of mechanics, details, dedication, and hard work. Therefore, attendance, behavior, and parental support are all considered when selecting team members. Competitive gymnasts practice anywhere from 6-18 hours per week. Galaxy Athletics currently only offers compulsory levels under the USAG Junior Development (formerly Junior Olympic) program. Entry to our competitive program often begins in our pre-team program which consists of two age groups, ages 4-5 & 6+.
