Sibling Discounts for Class Tuition :

Galaxy Athletics Payment Policies
Tuition is due on the 1st of every month. We accept the following forms of payment: cash, check, Visa, Discover, and MasterCard. We do not accept American Express. All members must have a card on file, regardless of monthly payment type. It is not required to be on Auto Draft. If Auto Draft is selected, tuition will be drafted on the 1st of every month. If for any reason payment is declined, an alternative payment method is due no later than the 5th of the month. A $15 late fee will be charged on the 5th of the month if no payment has been made. If payment has not been made by the 15th of the month, Galaxy Athletics will take payment from my credit or debit card on file on the 16th of the month. I understand and agree that I am responsible for payment of all classes, regardless of whether or not my students attends them. I understand that to terminate billing, I MUST give Galaxy Athletics WRITTEN NOTICE in the form of an e-mail, signed letter, or withdraw form found at the front desk. If your account is 30 days overdue, we will drop your child from the enrolled class until past due balance is paid.
Galaxy Athletics Make-Up Policy
MAKEUP POLICY/ SCHEDULED CLOSINGS
Because of our strict student to teacher ratio, makeup classes must be scheduled through the office or on the IClass Pro app. Students will be denied participation if they show up to attend an unscheduled makeup class. Students have 30 days from their missed class to makeup.
Galaxy Athletics will not pro-rate tuition nor will makeup classes be granted for scheduled holiday closings, such as: Good Friday, Easter, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day/ Observed Independence Day, Labor day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Closings due to inclement weather or any other outstanding circumstance will count towards a make-up class that can be scheduled through the office.

Galaxy Athletics Withdrawl Policy
Withdrawls must be done before the 1st of the month to avoid being charged for next month's tuition. This MUST be done in written form- either by e-mail or withdrawl form. Refunds will not be given to those who did not give written notice before the 1st of the month.
